After recently finishing my second home building project, I was amazed at the number of horror stories I encountered from friends and strangers alike on the process of building or renovating.
Knowing that the process can be daunting regardless of the level of the project I thought it would be fun to have a place to tell your stories and to learn from the mistakes of others.
The process can be fun, if you go in knowing what to expect and also what pitfalls you might encounter along the way.
I hope you will share your stories with me and blog friends. Who knows, it may even help you get it all out in the open and to feel better about your own experiences.
If you have good stories, I'd like to hear them as well. Not every construction job is a nightmare.
